The end of our awesome year with a Nanny. We had our trials and tribulations along the way with the whole dynamic but it was surely a blessing for our whole family. Nicole has decided to move on so the kids will begin daycare and school after Labor Day.

We are all thankful for the flexibility this set up allowed us and the day to day interaction with the kids when I was able to work from home.
