Kate has been begging to get her hair cut. I told her she could get it cut after her dance recital where her requirements were a “ponytail”. She wanted her hair cut “like Reilly’s”. Reilly as in her big brother… as in layered boys haircut. I decided, at that request, to assume she didn’t really know what she wanted aside from a new haircut. I think cutting off 8 inches is a big statement – here she is all sassy with her new cut. I think it looks adorable and Daddy thinks so too.
