Funny how time passes. It was 13 years ago today we got the call that my godson Jack had been born. Kate and Mike who were married 6 mos before Shad and I had also lead the way with the first child. Kate and I had discussed names at length. We both loved the name Jack. I believe we agreed on first boy gets it and I also had my heart on using my maiden name, Reilly, when our special day came.
Today I received this message from my sister: “ok your job is to make me smile (no pressure) tomorrow I will have been a Mom for 13 years… my heart feels many things right now and the ONE thing that can make it feel lighter 😉 is to make sure SHEA SHEA has an unbelievably AWFUL outfit on tomorrow with headline JTC… yup I think that would help me… no pressure.”
